Privacy Policy
How fixelpixel.me handles data: server logs, consent-aware analytics, external booking, email retention, and your GDPR rights.

Who controls this data
This site, fixelpixel.me, is operated by Daniil Maximkin, an independent consultant based in Valencia, Spain. I’m the data controller for anything this site collects. Questions or requests go to [email protected].
This covers technical implementation, not legal advice — if you need a formal legal opinion on how this policy applies to your situation, talk to a lawyer.
What this site collects
Hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — used for security and troubleshooting, not for building profiles.
If analytics are enabled on this site, they’re configured consent-aware: nothing beyond strictly necessary logging runs until you’ve made a choice, and no cross-site advertising pixels or retargeting tags run here at all.
Booking a call
Booking a call runs through an external scheduling service at book.fixelpixel.app. When you book, the name, email, and any notes you enter go directly into that service’s own systems — I only see what you submit for the call itself. That service’s own privacy terms govern how it stores and processes that data.
If you email me, I keep that correspondence for as long as it’s relevant to our conversation or, if we go on to work together, for as long as I reasonably need it for the business relationship — quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and reasonable follow-up. I don’t share it with third parties beyond what’s needed to do the work you asked for.
Client project data
If you become a client, the access and data involved in that engagement — GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, or any other system I’m asked into — is covered by the terms of that specific engagement, agreed separately in writing, not by this general site policy. Access is scoped to what the engagement needs and stays read-only unless a change is explicitly agreed.
Your rights
Because this business is based in Spain, GDPR applies. You can ask me to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export any personal data I hold about you, or object to how it’s used. Email [email protected] and I’ll respond directly — there’s no automated system standing between you and an answer.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page updates. There’s no separate changelog — check back here if you want the current version.
