What this site is

fixelpixel.me is the personal site of Daniil Maximkin, an independent web analytics and conversion tracking consultant. Content here — articles, methodology pages, knowledge-base entries — is informational. It explains how tracking problems generally get diagnosed and fixed; it isn’t a guarantee about what will happen with your specific setup, and reading it doesn’t create a client relationship or an obligation on either side.

How engagements actually work

Paid work is contracted individually, in writing — either through a direct agreement or through Upwork’s own contract terms — before anything paid begins. Prices published on this site (for the Health Check, Full Audit, Fix Sprint, and other services) are indicative starting points. The confirmed price for your project is set after scoping, typically once a Health Check or Audit has established what’s actually involved.

Intellectual property

The text, diagrams, and code examples published on this site are copyright Daniil Maximkin unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to quote short passages with attribution and a link back; republishing whole pages or articles elsewhere needs permission first — email [email protected].

Liability

I put real effort into the accuracy of what’s published here, but general content on this site isn’t a substitute for a scoped engagement, and I’m not liable for decisions made — or losses that follow from them — based solely on reading a page rather than commissioning the actual diagnosis. For paid engagements, liability is limited to what’s agreed in that engagement’s own written contract, not open-ended beyond it.

Governing law

These terms, and any engagement contracted through this site, are governed by the laws of Spain.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the business changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version; continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.
